How to Register in the Grants Portal: (Please see the publications and videos shared below for more help.)

Registration into the Grants Portal is a multi-step process. An account is created for each entity which will generate

an email from support@pagrants.fema.gov. This email will provide a user name (the email provided) and password

with a link to sign into the Portal. The Portal will require set up of a permanent password, security question and finalize

the account. This generates an email to MEMA to finalize their account and then they will be able to renter.

The website to access the portal is https://grantee.fema.gov once access is granted. There is a link at the top of the

dashboard that says click here now to submit your request for public assistance. This sets the process in motion.
